Dunross Capital will review and underwrite many types of real estate loans and assets. The focus is on multifamily and industrial, but the recent loans and assets have included senior facility, retail and office.

Our process is to take the underlying value of the asset and understand the opportunity when repositioned if necessary. We will buy the note from the holder or bank or buy the real estate. The process is usually completed in 30 days and transaction size ranges from $2 million to $50 million.
