Dunross Capital hires Thomas Manglaviti Jr. to join its Acquisitions Team

New York, NY – January 2019 – Dunross Capital is pleased to announce the hiring of Thomas Manglaviti Jr. as lead underwriter and Vice President of Acquisitions.

Thomas heads up the analysis and underwriting team at the firm. He is a career investment analyst specializing in multi-family property acquisitions. Thomas has underwritten acquisitions in markets throughout the United States. He will be responsible for underwriting all potential multi-family acquisitions as well as supporting the debt and distressed divisions at Dunross Capital.

Thomas brings extensive experience in all aspects of the real estate investment process. Most recently he was Vice President of Acquisitions at Value Partners, a real estate investment firm focusing exclusively on multi-family assets. He was as an internal wholesaler at Realty Capital Securities, at the time a leader in real estate investment trusts. In partnership with his external wholesaler, he generated more than $10M in monthly sales for a top-five territory among more than 90 territories nationwide.

Thomas brings his analytical skills to the Dunross deal team providing varying viewpoints from his diverse real estate background. He holds an MBA from Bryant University and a BS in Business Management from Providence College.
